Delete Personal Data

Securesee stores consumer data under the obligations specified above for a period of time as demanded by applicable Data Protection Laws and Policies. Any personal data collected will be stored until deletion is requested from users/customers/consumers. 

Users/Customers/Consumers can request the deletion of data within the scope of the Privacy Policy and in accordance with Data Protection Laws within both regions upon negotiation. These negotiations will be recorded for privacy, protection, and compliance. 


User Rights

Users/Customers/Consumers are within their rights to demand the information collected, stored, used, processed, and disclosed by Securesee. This provision will be implemented upon identifying User Identity. Any costs associated with this process will be subject to a fee against the User/Consumer/Customer. This is essential to cover the operational costs incurred by Securesee to process and provide this information in accordance with the law. 

Inaccurate data will be rectified upon user request. Deletion of personal data will be undertaken in accordance with website operations, service provisions, and by law.

Liability

Securesee performs incident prevention activities regularly. Preventing data loss, possible cyber attacks, data breaches, malicious software attacks, and other applicable IT-related incidents. 

Securesee performs consumer protection activities to avoid data breaches, loss, theft, and more. Undertaking these consumer protection activities renders Securesee unaccountable, exempt, and protected from breaches conducted by third-party operators. Securesee ensures the liability of pursuing lawful procedure to a conclusion as a part of these activities. 

We are not liable in case of fraudulent activities conducted by Users/Customers/Consumers. In case of these activities, Securesee reserves the right to terminate services effective immediately in accordance with the specifications defined under the Terms of Use

Securesee is not liable for failure or malfunction of data security measures and is protected by Liability Insurance. 

Securesee is not liable for access to services demanded by minors, as legally defined by the country of operation. However, access to services and websites will not be restricted in the presence of a legal guardian for minors.
