Users/Customers/Consumers can request the deletion of data within the scope of the Privacy Policy and in accordance with Data Protection Laws within both regions upon negotiation. These negotiations will be recorded for privacy, protection, and compliance.

Liability

Securesee performs consumer protection activities to avoid data breaches, loss, theft, and more. Undertaking these consumer protection activities renders Securesee unaccountable, exempt, and protected from breaches conducted by third-party operators. Securesee ensures the liability of pursuing lawful procedure to a conclusion as a part of these activities. 

We are not liable in case of fraudulent activities conducted by Users/Customers/Consumers. In case of these activities, Securesee reserves the right to terminate services effective immediately in accordance with the specifications defined under the Terms of Use. 

Securesee is not liable for failure or malfunction of data security measures and is protected by Liability Insurance. 

Securesee is not liable for access to services demanded by minors, as legally defined by the country of operation. However, access to services and websites will not be restricted in the presence of a legal guardian for minors.
